Allowing domain users in Win2k to add local printers

I would like to allow domain users in Win2k to add local printers. I have been unsuccessful in finding information about how to achieve this goal. Any information would help.

Windows 2000 and Windows XP users can use locally attached printers via the USB ports without any incident. However, as you stated Windows 2000 users are not able, by default to load printer drivers for regular printers. Check out Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Local Policies | Security Options | Prevent users from installing printer drivers.
