How can I configure a NAT server to cache the Web pages as it connects to the Internet?

That all depends on the exact product you are using. Every product is different. Contact the vendor of your NAT software to inquire. In most cases, you will need proxy capabilities in order to cache Internet content. NAT is a different function.
