Can I connect to two networks with only one NIC?

Is there a way I can use the Natting protocol with just one NIC? I know I can bind two IP addresses on one NIC. I want to point one IP address toward the Internet and the other to my internal clients.

Nope. You need 2 NICs to connect to two networks.
