Q

Can I fix my ACPI without reinstalling Windows?

Because I installed Windows 2000 server wrong (I chose c-step i486), ACPI does not work. Is there any way to correct this problem without reinstallation?
No. You must reinstall. ACPI is a hardware low-level driver that must be used to build the HAL. It is not possible to alter the HAL post-install.
