Can I give a client temporary local admin rights?

Hi, I am trying to copy a file at logon to one of the users' Program Files folders. The problem is that they only have read access to this folder, so the file copy is not completing due to Access Denied. Is there a way I can copy the file temporarily using a separate domain account or even through the script temporarily given them local admin rights?
