Can I shutdown without logon to the Win2k Server?

Can I shutdown without logon to the Win2k Server? I've already changed the value in the registry to 1, but the shutdown button is still disabled.
You should change the Security Option setting for the Shutdown button inside the Group Policy for that system. Just editing the registry will not always work, especially if an over-riding GPO is applied to the system which re-disables the button.
