Can't add/delete users or change their passwords

For some reason, my server no longer allows me to add/delete users or change their password. I get an error message, which claims the problem is "due to internal error." How or where can I look to fix this problem?

I don't know what server you are running or service packs (SP) you have applied. Try updating to a new SP or reapply your current SP. If that fails, try an upgrade install over the system and reapply your SP and hotfixes. Make sure all domain controllers on the network are running the exact same SP and hotfix set.
