The SMS_INBOX_MANAGER_ASSISTANT moves files from inboxes from client access points (CAP) to SMS site server inboxes. So it sounds like there may be issues either accessing the CAP (which would be an account issue) or moving the files. Look in the Inboxast.log on the site server. There should be information contained in the log file that will help you better identify the situation.
