Disabling games during work hours

I need to disable games on office PCs during work hours. All are running XP Professional.
1. Is there a way for me to do it through Group Policy, and how?
2. Can I restrict it during working hours and unrestrict it after hours?

There is a very complex answer to your question. First, create a Software Restriction Policy, which restricts the software you, want. Then, associate a WMI filter, which can use the Win32_CurrentTime fields to determine the time of day and only activate the GPO when the time of day is between 9AM and 5 PM. I tested this and successfully restricted software using this technique!
