Your best bet for academic training resources will be to visit the Microsoft UK Web site and look around for Authorized Academic Training Partners (AATPs) or their regional equivalents in the London metropolitan area. As your biggest metropolitan area, it's reasonably safe to assume you'll be able to find a suitable program without having to travel too terribly far to attend.
