Error claims not enough server storage to process requests

I am getting an error saying, "Not enough server storage is available to process the request" on Windows 2000 Professional on the client side. I have Windows 2000 Advanced Server as a domain controller, and I have been getting this error for the last 3-4 days. To resolve this I simply restarted my Advanced Server machine, but I need a permanent solution.

I'm not sure you provided me enough information to discover a meaningful solution. Using the wording of the error message, I find only three articles related to this issue, but they all focus on IIS. Please review them and see if they offer a solution. If not, use the exact wording of the error (or the error code if you are given one) to search at microsoft.com/technet:
