Error message states the disk signature is missing

While installing my 2000 Professional, I created a 10GB NTFS partition. Later in the disk admin option, I converted it to a dynamic disk and created some volumes and deleted them, then I reinstalled 2000 Professional with a 20GB NTFS partition. I am unable to access my hard disk from disk admin tools and am getting a message stating the disk signature is missing. How can I resolve it? How can I access my HD from disk admin tools?

You may have hosed the disk converting it to dynamic while it was being used as a boot and system partition. It is usually not recommended to do that. I'd use a tool like DELPART to clean off the drive, then start over again.
