Q

Error when accessing Win2k help

I am running Windows 2000 and everything works great. But when I go into help, I can go down one level with no problems; however, if I click on anything in the subject to drill down further, I get the message "object doesn't support this property or method." It usually indicates line 519 (but not always). I've tried adjusting my security levels in IE 5.5 SP1 and even shut down my Zone Alarm. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q811630 addresses this problem; there is a separate fix for this. IE 6 SP1 also addresses the problem, so upgrading to the most recent version of Internet Explorer would also do the trick.
