Estimating the number of hours required to maintain a LAN of about 50 machines

I was wondering about how to estimate the number of hours required to maintain a small LAN of about 50 machines in a pretty diverse environment. I'm looking to be able to make a ballpark quote, including all administration and maintenance. I'm sorry if you're the wrong one to ask, but any advice would be appreciated.
Unfortunately, that would be a very large ballpark. It all depends on the type of work performed, the level of security required, the network services supported, the amount of traffic generated, the reliability of the hardware, etc. Your best bet to get an estimate would be to discuss it with some of your peers who are already performing similar work for other organizations.
