Event Log receiving NTCD KCC Event ID 1567 message

Event Log receiving NTCD KCC Event ID 1567 message

My server's Event Log is receiving a NTCD KCC Event ID 1567 message every 15 minutes. The description says that the server(s) selected to support intra-site replication support replication of the partition listed in the description. The message says to configure servers that support replication of the specified partition (by modifying the server object), and/or specifying a mail address attribute in SMTP by installing IIS (which is already done), which supposedly does it automatically. Is there a specific fix for this? I haven't found one so far in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
