Getting errors in Event Viewer after recreating a failed PDC

I have two domain controllers. My primary domain controller died and I had implemented a group policy on it. I have since recreated the primary domain controller, but keep getting these two errors in Event Viewer:
USER env
The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (3).

SCECli
Security policy cannot be propagated. Cannot access the template. Error code = 3.
warp.comsysvolwarp.comPolicies{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}MachineMicrosoftWindows NTSecEditGptTmpl.inf.

Any ideas how to get rid of them?

Either the standard templates are missing or the custom template file is not stored in the proper location on all DCs. You may need to fully delete the GPO then recreate it from scratch.
