Q

Having shutdown problems with Win XP

I'm having a shutdown problem with Win XP. The moment I try to shut the system down I get the "ENDING NOW" box which is trying to locate a program called SAMPLE. However I am unable to find where this program is running in my system and am unable to shut it down. Do you know what I can do to fix this?
Windows & .NET Magazine has a good article about tracking down programs that are running for no explainable reason. To read this article, see http://www.winnetmag.com/Windows/Article/ArticleID/27100/27100.html.
