Q

How can I create a mirror or a backup server for Project Server 2002?

What is the procedure to create a mirror or a backup server for Project Server 2002? My server details: Windows 2000 server (Domain Controller), SQL Server 2000, Office XP and Project Server 2002. Currently I am managing 80 plus projects on it.
You can use the SQL Enterprise Manager to create a backup of one or more Project Server databases, as detailed in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 323330: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323330. The Project Server 2002 Resource Kit also provides links and white papers on setting up a clustered environment for Microsoft Project server, available here: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/project/2002/all/reskit/en-us/prk_sdistribdeploy_3535.mspx.
