How can I get login scripts to display in a pop up window?

I have mixed users of Win9x, NT4, and Win2k. The login.scr is made of Kixtart and when the user profile runs logon.bat, logon.bat calls login.scr. My problem is that when a user logons a Win2k machine, the login script runs in a minimized window; we'd like to have this window pop up just like it does in Win9x and Winnt4 machine since we have a message in the login.scr for users to read.

Please advise.

There's a group policy called Run Scripts Visible that will cause legacy logon scripts like yours to appear in a command prompt window as they run. The policy is in: User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Scripts.
