Q

How can I get rid of a DLL error message and open my program?

When trying to start certain programs including IE and Photosuite, I receive an error message stating that the program has performed an illegal operation. The details indicated that the program caused an invalid page fault at module MSHTML.DLL. All of the error messages identify the same file. How can I solve the problem indicated by the error and open the program?
This file is part of Internet Explorer, so my suggestion is to install (or re-install) Internet Explorer 6.0 and the latest patches. Good luck!
