How can I get rid of an evaluation copy of Win2k Advanced Server? It's messing up my machine.

How can I get rid of an evaluation copy of Win2k Advanced Server? It has just screwed the machine up royally. I can't install any other OS on the machine, and it doesn't support my needs. I really need to get my hard drive back to normal. Help!

If you don't need anything on the hard drive, get a DOS or Win98 boot disk and delete the partition. Then reformat the hard drive. Nothing in the evaluation process will prevent this. The DOS version will need to be 6.22 or better to delete the NTFS partitions, if that is the way you created them. The only way to update the Advanced Server is to have a full licensed copy CD and install that.
