How can I join this new HD to my existing D drive?

I have a Windows NT server and am using RAID 5. Firs, I have three 9.1G HDs, then I added one 9.1G HD to the same array but made it as different partition (Drive E). Later, I added one more 9.1G HD to the same array. But this time I cannot use this HD; it said cannot have more then 4 partitions. I want to join that new HD to my existing D drive but it is the same result. Please help.

I think this is an issue with the drive controller hardware or controller driver rather than Windows NT. Check with the controller vendor for troubleshooting tips.
