How can I manage user desktops run on a terminal server?

How can I manage user desktops run on a terminal server? Users connect remotely, and I want to restrict them to only be able to use some programs.
You can use Terminal Services Profiles to manage the terminal client desktop environment and profile. Chapter 16 of the Windows 2000 Resource Kit provides an excellent overview and step-by-step procedures that will allow you to configure and customize your Terminal Service clients desktop configurations.
