Yes. You can use Netdom.exe, which comes with the Windows Resource Kits and the Support Tools (see SupportTools on the Windows XP CD). You can also write a simple WMI script to do the job, even remotely. Check out this example. My preference is the WMI script. It's more flexible for thinking outside the box.
