How can I remotely access the desktop of all my network users and manage problems from my PC?
There are a few programs that allow you to remotely access desktop machines, provided you install the program on both the desktop to be accessed and your own machine as well. One of the best is in fact a freeware / open-source program that exists in a number of different implementations, called VNC (short for Virtual Network Computing). VNC will run on any version of Windows, and is also available for Linux and other operating systems as well. You can learn more about VNC and download different editions of the program (the basic version as well as an enterprise edition) here:
