In most cases you use Terminal Services. TS can be installed for remote administration that allows you to dial into your servers and control them remotely. Or you can use a third-party remote control software such as PCAnywhere. The third-party software option requires significantly less system resources, but you must pay close attention to security restrictions to prevent hijacking.
