How do I build a DNS Server on an NT Server with Proxy Server 2.0 SP1?

I have Windows NT Server with Proxy Server 2.0 SP1. How do I build a DNS Server on this machine? How do I build a DNS Server on Windows 2000 Server? I would like to break Unix-barrier about DNS servers. Best regards.
