How do I change the password on a user's PC from a Win2000 server?

If you are talking about the password on a user account within a Windows 2000 domain, you do it through the Active Directory User and Computer tool by right-clicking over the user name and selecting Change Password. If you are talking about a local account on a network client, then you can't do it from a server, you can only do it from the local system.
