How do I convert a workgroup to a domain?

We have about 60 workstations (Windows 95/98/2000), all in a workgroup. We want to set up login scripts for the users. Where can I find documentation on converting the workgroup to a domain? Will I need to reinstall the server?

You will need to promote one or more servers to act as domain controllers. Then you must have all other Windows 2000/XP/2003 systems join the domain. Pre-Windows 2000 systems cannot join a domain, but they can access domain-shared resources.
