How do I know if Windows data and application files do not reside on the operating system partition? Is there a list of files only pertaining to the operating system partition?
Do a directory listing and look. If they are not on drive C, then they are not on the boot partition (the main OS partition). I do not have a master list of base files. You could create one by installing Windows onto a new system, then execute "dir /s >filelist.txt" to create a master list of files.
