Q

How do we send PCL commands to all five trays of our HP printer?

We will build a VB 6.0 application. It needs to be able to print from all five trays of our HP LaserJet 8150N. It looks as though we will have to send PCL commands from VB. In detail, how would we do this? The PCL codes for all five trays? What exactly do we place in the PCL file and how do we send it from VB?
The only thing I know about Windows printing is that you can print from Windows applications. My guess is that you're going to have to use the SetPrinterData or SetPrinterDataEx API functions as these allow you to send configuration data to the printer.
