Good news! As of yesterday, Microsoft has added a list of retired electives to the list of electives valid for the MCSE on Microsoft Windows 2000, including 70-059 (TCP/IP). Proxy 2.0 (70-088) remains valid. Thus, you won't have to take any electives to meet the restated requirements for the MCSE on Microsoft Windows 2000.
