In what order should SP4 be installed on these machines?

We are about to install Win2K SP4 onto various Win2K servers in a Win2K native domain environment. This includes 1 DC, 1 Exchange 2000 Server running on Win2K and other member servers. All Win2K servers are currently on SP2. Question: In what order should SP4 be installed on these machines? Should the DC be upgraded first or the Exchange Server or does the upgrade order matter at all? Are there any known issues or tips regarding upgrading the Exchange 2000 server from SP2 to SP4?
I would deploy a second domain controller first. In your current config, if your only DC goes down, you lose your whole network. ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST 2 DCS!!! Then, upgrade the DCs first. I can't address Exchange issues.
