Is e-Directory a viable aid for migrating from Novell to Win2k?

My company is moving from Novell NW 5.1 with NDS 8.x to Win2k ADS. Do you see e-Directory as a viable aid in that migration, or is there a better way? Thanks.

I haven't had to work with e-Directory in a while. But, remembering when I did, as long as the number of users and groups was not large it seemed to be a good way to ease over to AD. This primarily helped the Netware administrators make the transition to AD and see how it all relates.
