Is it possible to grant temporary permissions within an OU?

Is it possible to grant temporary permissions within an OU?

I would like to create an OU for our Technical Workstations. After placing the Technical Workstations in this OU, I would like to create/apply a group policy to grant temporary permissions to users logged on to these Technical Workstations to install software. Is this possible or is there a better way?

I think I see where you're going, but I don't have a great answer. I would simply use the normal Group Policy Software Installation functionality and assign the right software you needed to all the Technical Workstations. That way, whoever logs on to the workstations, all the software you've assigned will be there.
