Q

Is it possible to rename Microsoft's SBS server?

I just installed MS SBS 2003 Enterprise and created a new network. I ran all the wizards to configure most of the server which took some time. Is it possible to rename the server and not the domain? I know using the standard Windows 2003 Server -- you must do this before running dcpromo -- but I'm not sure how SBS 2003 differs.
Renaming an SBS server is not advisable because of its many interdependencies with Active Directory and Exchange. Check out www.sbsmigration.com for advice and alternatives from SBS MVP Jeff Middleton.
