Is there a factory user name and password to log on to Win XP?

Is there a factory user name and password to log on to a Windows XP workstation? For some reason, the administrator password to log on to the workstation only is not working.

There is no such thing as a factory-installed default user name and password; this is configured by the administrator when the machine is installed. You may need to perform a password recovery (see www.lostpassword.com for some useful utilities on this).
