Is there a tool to facilitate a migration from our 2 NT 4.0 servers to a 2003 server?

I want to convert or migrate my 1500 home directory and file shares and the corresponding permissions from our 2 NT 4.0 servers to our new 2003 server. Is there a way or tool to make this conversion?

It is only possible if the NT 4.0 servers and new 2003 servers are using the same security database for user accounts. Otherwise, the account SIDs are different and you'll have to re-create all permissions.
