Q

Is there a way to audit on the SMS server who has used Remote Tools to connect to another computer?

I have no prior experience with SMS, but we would like to begin with SMS 2003. Regarding the Remote Tools, our users are paranoid about having a technician with the ability to connect to their computer. We need Remote Tools because we can use it to connect to computers in our classroom labs. Is there a way to audit on the SMS server who has used Remote Tools to connect to what computer and when they did it?
Yes. Remote Tools uses the Event Logs to keep track of Remote Tool access.
