Is there any way to reinstall "mqsvc.exe" and where can I get it?

I recently recovered from a boot virus, but now I get an error message on startup saying that a file "mqsvc.exe" was unable to load and an error log would be written. Is there any way to reinstall this file and where can I get it?

My research shows that file is for Microsoft Message Queue Server (MSMQ). You can attempt to perform a full manual uninstall then perform a fresh install to restore MSMQ to functionality.
