Need help changing values in .ini files

I installed a new application on all of my workstations on my network, but now I have been informed that one of the .ini files that the new program uses needs to be changed. I need to change one of the values from false to true. Do you know of any utilities that will allow me to do this to 1,600 machines?
There are plenty of programs that do this sort of thing ( http://www.autoprof.com, for example). But I assume you don't want to invest a lot of time or money in to a solution, since this seems like a one-off scenario. You might try using a login script to make the change. You can edit .ini files easily from VBScript.
