Need utility that will copy Netware files to Win2k while preserving rights

We're looking for a utility that will copy Netware files to Win2k while preserving the rights. We already have AD in place. as well as the users in both environments. Do know of any utility that can provide us with this functionality? It seems that most tools assume that you're migrating to AD and do not have users created.
Have you looked at the Windows Services for Netware? See http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/sfn/default.asp.

This would allow the two directories to communicate. You should be able to move the user information in the way...

that you have indicated. Most of the time, I have done it where the users didn't already exist. However, documentation indicates that if the user already exists you may select the action to take. For example in the ADMT it would allow you to ignore the creation and just move the other attributes.
