'Network not found' error with Win2k server

Our PDC is Windows NT and we have one location (connected by router) and the server and workstations there are all Win2k. At present we cannot see the name of the Win2k computers when we run Network Neighborhood in NT or map the resources of the said Win2k server and workstations in Windows Explorer. It gives us a 'network not found' message, though we can ping them. We tried rejoining the Win2k workstations, but our domain is still giving the same answer. Is this an RPC, NetBIOS, Winsock problem? How do I solve it?

This is a Windows Browser (NetBIOS) issue. Select one system to be the master browser for the network. Configure all other systems not to store the browser information.
