Our three cluster Web servers are making memory dumps and rebooting 5-7 times a day

We have big problem in our system. We have three cluster Web servers in our system (Websphere cluster). All have 2GB RAM and are working with Pentium 4 Xeon processors. All of them are making memory dumps and rebooting 5-7 times a day. The Event Manager gives a message: "The computer is reboot from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was 0x000000d1(0x00000005c,0x000000002,0x00000000,0xdef5c30e).microsft windows2000 (v15.2195)."

What should we do?

All the documentation I can find on this says to contact your technical support representative. In other words, call Microsoft tech support, it is an issue that will require specialized help. Sorry I'm not able to tell you more. Good luck.
