Paging file error message in Windows 2000 server

I recently received this error message from my Windows 2000 Server: "Your system has no paging file, or the paging file is too small." I changed the values in Advanced -> Properties -> My Computer, but when I start Windows again it keeps giving me the same message.
The paging file should be at least 1.5 times the size of physical RAM. You may need to check that the paging file's host hard drive has sufficient free space for the new larger paging file.
