message: "Please insert disk VS.NET 7.0 Professional - English Disk 1." even though the installation in underway through VS.NET disk 1.
After this, the installation pretty much hangs. I tried putting in the CD2 -- but in vain. Please help me! I got this beta version from a friend who copied it for me from another friend. Thanks.
I seriously doubt that VS.NET 7.0 Beta 1 will still run. Microsoft builds in timeout values into their beta release installers and applications. Instead of relying on "friend of friends" for your software, I strongly suggest you go get your own copy of the release software.
