Problems launching the 'configure your server' option

I am unable to launch the 'configure your server' option from Start->Programs->Administrative Tools. When I select the option from the menu, the page does not become active on the server. The process mshta.exe is active in the task monitor and it appeas the *.dll srvwiz is Ok. Any ideas?
That could be a corrupted file or driver. Perform a repair install to see if that corrects the issue. This could also be just one symptom of a larger problem with the system as a whole. You might consider re-installing from scratch to ensure that all possible problems are resolved before you begin to rely heavily on the server.
