Proxy setting issue on home network

I have home network. When I log on as administrator, Yahoo Messenger works fine. I have a proxy server. If I log on as a user it asks for proxy settings, and although I give it the correct entry it shows a problem with rights. Also, how do I move page files to the other partition for better performance?
The software configuration is not saved for the limited user account. Temporarily grant the account admin privileges, configure the yahoo messenger software, use to test, then re-set the user account to a normal account. That should fix. If not, contact Yahoo, it may be a program specific issue.

Use the tool in the System applet from the Control Panel - select Advanced tab, click the Settings button under the Performance heading, select the Advanced tab, click Change.
