After logging into a customer's domain, their GPO was pushed down to a user's laptop. Now things they had disabled are disabled even when not logged on to their domain. Is there a way to remove the changes?

Yes. Disable the GPOs, and have them re-log in to the domain. After they make contact with the Domain Controllers, the GPOs changes should revert back to the way things were. After all, that's the point of Group Policy.
