In a domain, you can reset the password in AD Users and Computers. Right-click the user object and select Reset Password.
On a standalone server or desktop, use the Computer Management console. Drill down to Local Users and Groups | Users to find the user accounts. Right-click and select Set Password.
On a Pro machine, you can also use the Users and Password applet in the control panel.
